txEDCON24 Session Application

Welcome to txEDCON24 Session Selector! This is a process that allows our members to have a voice in the sessions that will be presented. Here's how it works:

STEP 1: Districts/organizations submit a proposal to be considered for a Convention session.
STEP 2: Members view the submitted proposal ideas and provide feedback on sessions. 

Your organization may submit up to three session proposals. Complete a separate session application for each proposal.

Vendors must present alongside a school district representative to be considered for the program. Governmental agencies, ESCs, and Universities are not considered vendors. Proposals without public school district representative will be rejected.

Ideas that would appeal to a district's entire leadership team—trustees, superintendents, and top administrators—have the best chance of being selected.

All district co-presenters must be included in this form. “To Be Determined” or blank placeholders for panelists or co-presenters will not be accepted. *
