Payments:

Payments are due with registration during registration week. Please make checks out to HPS. To mail your payments: Mail to: Community Education, P.O. Box 7791, Havre, MT 59501 or drop off at Robins at 425 6th Street.

Liability Waiver required for some classes prior to class starting.

Registration opens Novemeber 26, 2018 and closes one week prior to start date of class

* Pre-registration is required for all Community Education Classes. Payment is due with registration. Please write separate checks for each class. Checks are payable to HPS. Payments accepted: Money order, cashier's check , personal check or cash.

Register early so instructors can prepare for class and have the appropriate materials available.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be made only if you notify the Community Education office at 395-8550 ext. 6716, five days prior to class starting, and (10) days notice for classes involving the instructor purchasing supplies. If a class is canceled due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified and refunded any payments you have made.

62+ Card: Havre Public School District -A residents who have obtained their 62+ card from the school district are entitled to 1 (one) reduced enrollment in a multi-evening class. This does not include materials, rentals, bldg., or equipment fees. Applications for a 62+ card are available at the Robins Administration Building or at the High School Office.

Age Requirement: Students must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in Community Education classes.

Policies for use of 62+ Card Age Requirement: 62 years of age Residency: Havre Public School District—A Card: Non-transferable 62+ card entitles you to the following: 1. Admission to the athletic events, excluding tournaments. 2. Admission to fine arts activities (band concerts, vocal performances). Fundraisers not included. 3. One reduced enrollment in a multi-evening Community Education class. Does not include materials, rentals, bldg., or other fees. CARDS MAY BE PICKED UP AT THE HIGH SCHOOL or ROBINS MAIN OFFICE You must present your 62+ card when registering for a multi-evening Community Education class or attending a school activ-ity. It is NOT necessary to renew your 62+ card each year.
