13U/14U SENATORS Teams-11 weeks (Fridays, January 11th through March 15th) at VBC Merrifield Indoor Training Center

Cost:  $515 

For the first four weeks (Jan 11 through Feb. 1) players practice for sixty minutes each Friday.  For the following seven weeks (Feb. 8 through March 15) players practice for 90 minutes each Friday.  Instruction by Senators and VBC coaches.  Players work on advanced skills of hitting, fielding, pitching, and catching.  Total of 14.5 hours of instruction plus open cage hitting time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at no additional costs for Senators enrolled in Friday night program.

15U SENATORS Teams- 8 weeks. Players on these teams should register for VBC HS Hitting Classes.  VBC 15U Senators players will receive a $20 rebate to your credit card after registration.  Be sure to write "15U Senators Player" in the registration comment box.

STEP 3 - accept waiver and pay


Waiver: By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree that (1) I have no knowledge of any physical impairment or condition that would limit these participants from participating in this program, (2) I fully understand and assume the risks involved in participating in camp activities and the inherent risks of indoor baseball or softball, (3) I release VBC, the VBC director and VBC staff from any and all liability and damages of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in this program, and (4) I authorize the VBC staff to act for me in securing or providing immediate medical treatment, and I release VBC, the VBC director and VBC staff from any liability in securing or providing such medical treatment.

What if I miss a winter/spring class?  We do not give any credits/refunds for missed classes due to personal reasons.   If you miss a class for personal reasons the VBC staff will work with you to try to find an opening in the same class at another time.  The VBC does not guarantee that there will be an opening in another class. Make up classes cannot be scheduled more than five days in advance.  Please let us know if you will be missing a class so that we may schedule another player in that slot.

VBC Classes/Camps Refund Policy No credit or refund will be issued due to personal reasons, or illness unless VBC is notified in writing 14 days in advance of the program start date. NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel a registration, you must give a 14-day written notice prior to the program start date to receive a partial refund or credit toward a future program.  A 25% service charge will be assessed on each program refund or credit.  To transfer classes, you must also give a 14-days written notice prior to the program start date. A $35 charge will be assessed for any request to move or switch classes or camps.

Inclement Weather: If a camp is cancelled due to inclement weather, the VBC will try to schedule a make up on the next available date.  If we are unable to schedule a make up class, a credit in the amount of the cancelled class will be issued.  That credit may be used for any VBC camp or cage rentals within 12 months at the VBC Center.  No cash refunds will be issued due to weather cancellations, personal reasons, or illness.
