Exhibitors are not permitted to hold events that conflict with AAPA 2022 hours and/or AAPA-hosted events (i.e., Foundation Party, Exhibit Hall, CME Sessions, etc.).
All hosted events must be approved by AAPA (for groups larger than five (5) individuals). Conflicting exhibitor events include, but are not limited to, hospitality suites, group functions, private events, and off-site events, and are at the discretion of Show Management.
Exhibiting companies who host/participate in any event that is in violation of this policy will be subject to penalty and may include:
Loss of any discounts on Exhibit Booth rates for future AAPA Expositions
Suspension from participating in future AAPA events
Below are the approved exhibitor event dates and times for AAPA 2022:
Friday, May 20 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday, May 21 after 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, May 22 - Unavailable
Monday, May 23 - Unavailable
Tuesday, May 24 after 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 25 after 2:30 p.m.
Form must be submitted by May 13, 2022. Once form is received, Show Management will review and respond within three (3) business days.
Please note that AAPA will not promote the event to conference attendees. If you are intersted in promoting the event to attendees, please reach out to Heather Teplitz to discuss opportunities.
