Event Space Request Form

Please fill in the information below to request space for your event during AAPA 2025.  
 
Meeting space is complimentary for our COs and Alumni Departments who host an event within AAPA's contracted meeting space at the Hyatt Regency Denver or the Colorado Convention Center. Audio visual equipment and food/beverage are not included--you will be responsible for the cost of all AV equipment and food/beverage. Please note, there is no food/beverage minimum. 
 
DEADLINES:
 
Form must be submitted by May 1, 2025 in order to be included in the online agenda and mobile app.
 
PLEASE NOTE:
 
 - AAPA 2025 will take place Friday, May 16 - Tuesday, May 20, 2025. See revised schedule below. The CME sessions that historically take place on the last half-day of conference (Wednesday) are being shifted to the front-end of the conference (Friday afternoon).
 
- Event space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and selected location is not guaranteed. You will receive an email on January 31, 2025 with your space assignment confirmation.
 
 
- AAPA 2025 and all of its meetings and events will take place inside Denver's Colorado Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Denver, conveniently located across the street.
 
- Event requests that are for more than 25 people and conflict with CME will not be accepted.  
 
- If indicated as such, events will be posted in the AAPA 2025 online agenda and mobile app.
 
- If indicated as such, event information will be posted on the hotel's or convention center's digital signage outside the room. 
 

COs:

CO Central Park is a dedicated area inside the Expo where CO’s can expand their reach, talk directly with PAs from all over the country, and show off their Constituent Organization and its work!  Reserve your booth today for $450 and reap the benefits.  Each 8’x6’ booth comes with a table, chairs and wastebasket (space will also be carpeted). 

AAPA and the PA Foundation will be hosting PA Night Out on Monday, May 19 from 7 – 10 p.m. Host your event within one of the sponsored sections and let AAPA do the planning.  All PA and PA students (full conference badges) will receive access to PA Night Out as part of their conference registration.  If you are interested in a sponsorship opportunity, contact Heather Teplitz at hteplitz@aapa.org.
