2025 Eugene A. Stead Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award Nomination

The Eugene A. Stead Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award is AAPA's most prestigious award, recognizing an individual for lifetime achievement that has had a broad and significant impact on the PA profession.

Stead Award Eligibility:

The AAPA Awards Committee administers the Eugene A. Stead Jr. Award of Achievement. Any AAPA member may submit a nomination to the Awards Committee. The committee reserves the right to not present the award in a given year should nominees not meet the considerations associated with this lifetime achievement award.

Nominee must have a completely unblemished career and personal record.
Nominee may not be a current AAPA Board member or staff, or staff of an AAPA constituent organization at the time of nomination or award.
PA nominees must be current AAPA fellow members or retired PAs who were previously an AAPA fellow member.

The deadline for completed applications, with all supporting documentation, is 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, February 10, 2025. Applications and supporting materials received after this date will not be considered.
Be as complete as possible when answering the questions below.
