AAPA 2022 Registration Form for Media Personnel

Please complete the following fields to register yourself as a media representative for AAPA 2022.

Once your registration has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email.

Badges will be available for pick up starting at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022, at the Indiana Convention Center in the AAPA 2022 registration area. Please look for "Badge Pick-Up."

Please note, by submitting this request for registration, you hereby agree and acknowledge that you will follow AAPA's COVID Safety Measures, as outlined here:

Upon completion of your registration, you will be asked to sign into our COVID-19 Safety Portal and provide verification of either a COVID-19 Vaccination card, or, proof of a negative COVID-19 test that was taken within 72 hours of arriving at the conference.
