Make your impact on the success of the AAPA Conference by volunteering AND earn Category 1 CME credit at the same time! AAPA is looking for approximately 80 moderators for CME sessions. Your participation is very valuable and the information you provide as a moderator is important to the Commission on Continuing Professional Development and Education as they plan future educational activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current AAPA member
- Must be registered for the conference
- Feel comfortable speaking in front of a large audience
Responsibilities:
- Moderate a full morning or full afternoon block in the same room – AAPA provides speaker introductions and other instructions
- Attend a 30-minute orientation session
- Complete an evaluation for each session you moderate
Once your moderator application is approved, you will be sent a link to a sign-up genius in May 2025 and you can select the sessions that you would like to moderate at that time.
In return for moderating and upon receipt of your completed online evaluations, AAPA will provide you with a nonminal gift card after the conference.
